    As the well-known Jose Rizal statement says, "Ang Kabataan ang Pag-asa ng Bayan" (The Youth is the Hope of the Town). May anyone remember that this quote will not be lively as it is if children is not healthy, nourished, and most importantly, sheltered. Ensuring the right for all made people, almost everybody live with freedom and peace. Children, a single word, yet one that deserves attention. Children are still-developing human beings, some of whom are extremely young. They have a unique moral standing simply because they are humans.  

    But what if the young people themselves have given up on life because they become victims of violence and abuse from both the social and institutional spheres? Is getting up still possible? This celebration for Children's Month 2023 with the theme, "Healthy, Nourished, Sheltered; Ensuring the Right to Life for All" is one of the most efficient ways to support and enhance children's lives out there. This seeks to provide access to a pleasant environment, quality educational opportunities, and healthcare not only for Filipino adults but as well as for Filipino children. This also aims to support every children's well-being.

    Although Philippines cannot be Sweden, which tops the list of countries where children are safe, do not lose hope. Nobody realized that the hope you cherish will be the best detour on a difficult path leading to the safety of every child on the world. In improving the children's situation in the country with only one person, that can't effectively handle everything. What's the use of Filipino blood that emits within us if we don't unite right? Unity is one of the most important aspect in order to effectively apply the theme for this Children's month celebration. As they always said, UNITY is a strength. When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.

    The future's leaders and decision-makers are children. It is in everyone's best interests to inform children as soon as possible about how society operates, their place in it, and how they can work to meet what's expected of them, in relation to parenting, child nutrition, wellness, health and lifestyle. Children should always be given attention and is doesn't deserve to be just put aside somewhere. With all the justifications stated, no doubts, children is one of the key to better future. Maybe not now, but with an unwavering belief that someday, they will be the ones to bring glory to Philippines as well as to the Filipinos.
